Refunds & Returns

At Herten Pro Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Authorization

• Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused , in its original packaging and with all labels attached.
• Products damaged through improper handling are not eligible for return .

• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

Refund process

Once we have received and verified your return, we will inform you of the approval status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days .
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Return shipping

• The customer bears the costs for return shipping.
• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-refundable items

• Custom-made or personalized products (except for defective ones)
• Products that have been damaged through improper use
• Sale or clearance items (except defective ones)
